Account & settings

Via the avatar in the top right of the workspace, the "Settings" menu item opens the account dialog. It's split into several tabs – General, Account, and Notifications are usable today, the Billing, Privacy, and Editor tabs are already visible but not yet functional.

General

Here you change your display name (at least two characters, own "Save" button) and see your email address for reference. In the Language section you choose your persistent interface language – unlike the language switcher in the top bar (which only applies to the current session), this setting is saved and activated automatically on every login.

Account

• Change email address: enter a new address, confirm the change – you'll receive a confirmation email, existing sessions stay signed in until you click the link in it.
• Change password: set a new password (at least six characters) – after confirming, you're signed out on all devices and redirected to sign-in.
• Both changes, as well as deleting the account, go through a security check: your current password plus a short confirmation before the change takes effect.
• Active and recent sessions: an overview of devices, locations, and times, with the option to sign out of all devices at once.
• Delete account: permanently removes your account, also behind the security check.

Notifications

For each notification type, you individually set which channels (e.g. email, in-app) you want to be notified through. Security-relevant notifications can't be turned off.

Not available yet

The Billing, Privacy, and Editor tabs already exist but currently only show placeholder text.
